Shipping Policies:

Shipments are made every Wednesday via USPS within the USA

Smile And Bake is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost.

Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that we cannot control how our products are transported and stored in the shipping process, once delivered to the customer,Smile And Bake does not accept returns or exchanges. Sales are final.
